"Terms of Service"

1.  User Terms

1.1   Each individual may only create one account.

1.2   Only one account may be created per IP.

1.3   You may not use false information in order to obtain referrals.

1.4   You may not use any sort of proxy when signing up and/or logging in to your account.

1.5   All users must have a reasonable understanding of the English language including the ability to both read and communicate in correct English.

1.6   Suspended members may not attempt to re-register on Clicksius.

1.7   Accounts may be suspended for any valid reason including any violation of the Terms of Service.

2.  Payments

2.1   Payments are made both to Clicksius and to users via PayPal and AlertPay.

2.2   You may request your payment once you have reached the minimum payout ($5.00 for standard members, as low as $1.00 based on what upgrade you have. See upgrade page for details).

2.3   After requesting your payment, it will be sent within according within 10 days for standard members and instantly for upgraded members, during normal site operation. In the event of payment processor problems, payments may be delayed to a maximum of 30 days. If any such problems exist, you'll be able to find out by checking our forum news.

2.4   In the event of a PayPal/AlertPay fund imbalance, payments may take longer than usual. If this event occurs, an announcement will be made in the forum regarding the payment delay. At least one payment processer will always be available to request payments from.

3.  Refunds

3.1   All payments to Clicksius are non-refundable.

3.2   If a user attempts a chargeback in order to recieve a refund, their account will be suspended.

3.3   Chargebacks are taken very seriously and will be followed up accordingly through the appropriate processor.

4.  Cheating

4.1   If a user is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, Clicksius maintains the right to forfeit all earnings and/or suspend the user in question without notification. Cheating may include (but is not limited to) the following:

•  Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
•  Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
•  Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

5.  Privacy

5.1   Your email will not be sold to any third parties.

5.2   You may receive emails from Clicksius in the event you need to reset your password.

5.3   The password in your account is stored securely and will not be given to any third parties.

6.  Account Inactivity

6.1   If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, it may be suspended, its earnings removed and any advertising credits retracted,  however it will not be deleted. If an account holder wishes to delete their account, they must contact Clicksius staff by opening a support ticket and request an account deletion.

7.  Advertisement Guidelines

7.1   The website being advertised must not contain:

• Any pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
• Any frame breakers.
• A language other than English.
• Or promote any virus or harmful content.
• Any promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
• More than one popup/popunder or allow its single popup/popunder open any new windows.

8.  Liability

8.1   Clicksius reserves the right to change these terms at any moment in time with or without notification. It is the user's responibility to maintain an up to date knowledge of the rules and regulations set out by the terms.

8.2   Clicksius cannot be held responsible for any acts outside our control which may interfere with there routine operation of the site.

8.3   Users on Clicksius are not employees or independant contractors. Clicksius fulfils a service to connect advertisers to viewers.

8.4   Clicksius is not responsible for any taxation requirements users may need to adhere to. Users are required to declare their earnings with their applicable country's taxation department if necessary.

9.  Forum

9.1   No vulgar, illegal, adult, or offensive language may be used on the forum or in private messages.

9.2   Clicksius has a zero tolerance spam policy. Offenders may be granted warnings or may simply be suspended from the forum and/or the main website altogether.

9.3   If applicable, all rules regarding the main website are also applicable on the forum.

9.4   All posts must be made in the correct board. Read each board description to determine where to post.
